Sweet Potato Wax Melts

These mini sweet potato wax melts look just like tiny slices of homemade pie and smell just as cozy. Made with soy wax and your favorite fragrance, they’re a fun way to bring a little fall baking into your home without turning on the oven.

Supplies:

• Soy wax

• Fragrance oil of your choice

• Small silicone tart mold

• Wax dye or candle-safe coloring

• Heat-safe container for melting wax

• Spoon or stir stick

• Hand mixer

• Piping bag

• Piping tip

Steps:

1. Melt the soy wax according to the manufacturer's instructions. Add your preferred candle-safe coloring and fragrance oil, then stir well.

   
   

2. Pour the melted wax into a small silicone tart mold to create the pie crust. Allow it to cool and fully harden before removing it from the mold.

   
   

3. Melt a separate batch of soy wax for the sweet potato filling. Add your desired color and fragrance, then pour it into the center of the wax crust. Let it cool completely.

   
   

4. For the whipped cream, melt another small amount of soy wax and allow it to cool slightly until it begins to thicken.

   
   

5. Using a hand mixer, whip the wax until it becomes light and fluffy.

   
   

6. Transfer the whipped wax to a piping bag fitted with your preferred piping tip and pipe it onto the top of each mini pie.

   
   

7. Allow the wax melts to fully cool and harden before handling or using them in a wax warmer.
